In response to the trend towards use of more energy efficient and environmentally friendly “green” products and materials,
The Mutual Service Office Inc. (MSO) has introduced a green upgrade supplemental coverage endorsement for their commercial property program.
MSO’s Green Endorsement is currently available in Pennsylvania and Maryland. Filings are pending in Delaware, New Jersey and New York, and will be made in all states where MSO operates. Future plans include green coverage endorsements for all other programs, including personal lines.
